Want to gain more confidence and competence as a communicator? Then the Communication Clinic may have something to offer you!

students may drop in for quick consultations on a writing task or a presentation. They may also avail of a series of appointments with the teacher for a follow-up of a concrete task or project. The written tasks may be business documents or parts of an academic paper. They may also ask for coaching in relation to a presentation to be given in one of their major subjects. The advice focuses entirely on the communicative aspect of the tasks.

A student who participates in three-four consultation sessions may be registered to the Communication Clinic course, upon agreement with the teacher. In this case, the teacher registers him/her in Weboodi. The student must also complete the exercises in Moodle to earn the two course credits.

The Communication Clinic is located behind the service desk at the library. The teacher is available on Tuesdays (10.00-12.00) or Thursdays (14.00-16.00) for consultations. A sign-up sheet is available by the service desk to book time slot(s).
