Programme

The solemn conferment ceremony is held in the Assembly Hall in Hanken’s main building in Helsinki, Arkadiankatu 22 on the 1st of November 2024 at 2 p.m. The solemn conferment ends at around 4 p.m. and a glass of champagne and canapé are served in the foyer afterwards.

After the ceremony a gala dinner is held at the Hilton Hotel Kalastajantorppa. The dinner will start at 19 p.m. Busstransport from Hanken to the restaurant is available. 

Dress code

During the solemn conferment ceremony and the gala dinner that follows, different dress codes apply to honorary doctors and doctoral candidates, academic staff and other guests.
