New Hanken Bikes

You can be book a bike in advance when needed or borrow it without reservation if it’s available. The idea is that you use the bike to run shorter errands/go for meetings and always return it to Hanken during the same day.

In Helsinki, the bikes have their own electronic calendars. You reserve a bike by booking a meeting with it. The address for bike 1 is bike1@hanken.fi and for bike 2 bike2@hanken.fi. If you are unfamiliar with Hanken’s electronic calendars and how they work, general instructions are available here. In Vaasa, the bike has its own booking calendar is in the maintenance office.

You pick up the keys and helmet at the reception in Helsinki. In Vaasa the key is in the maintenance office.
