Welcome to the IPR University Centers's seminar on the DSM Directive on 13 February at 10-12 in Little Hanko in the Business Lab or via Teams.
The implementation of the DSM Directive in Finland has required amendments to Chapter 3 of the Copyright Law. The amendments aim to strengthen the position of authors and performers in contractual relationships. During the seminar, the amendments to copyright agreements and their impact on contractual practices in the creative industries will be discussed in a panel discussion with experts in the field.
