The doctoral defence will be held by video conference
Access the Video conference in Online Teams meeting here .
The video conference opens at March 30, at noon 12 pm.
An online doctoral defence principally follows the same guidelines as a traditional physical doctoral defence. During the video conference a few special guidelines apply to the audience:
- access to the video conference via a Teams meeting link starts at noon
- preferable to join the meeting before 12.15 when the defence starts
- during the defence, the audience’s microphones are muted, cameras are turned off, recording is not allowed, and the chat function is not to be used until permitted by the Custos.
- members of the audience who wish to make comments concerning the thesis can to ask Madam/Mr Custos for the floor in the chat function that opens after the opponent finishes.
