Career Afternoon with Hanken alumna Tiina Kotamies - creating a compelling CV and cover letter

As the EB & TA Team Lead at Framery, Tiina Kotamies oversees talent acquisition and employer branding to attract top candidates. Tiina has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Hanken and graduated in 2018.

Prior to Framery, she worked in a recruitment consultancy and as an Employer Branding Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner at Smartly.io.

During the session, you will look at some common dos and don’ts when writing your CV and cover letter and take it a notch further with some examples of how to make your CV stand out from other applications. If you already have a CV and a cover letter, you can take them with you to see how you can improve them.
