Rakshya Bhattarai

I am a doctoral researcher at the department of Management and Organization at Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland. My research interests are within enhancing citizen engagement in public services for efficient cooperation and communication between the citizens and government.

In my research I have focused on examining how Participatory Budgeting can be effectively utilized focusing on the literature review of the state, themes and development possibilities of citizen engagement.
