Concluding seminar of the audit of Hanken’s quality system

The sessions will take place on Tuesday 23 May in room 411 in Helsinki with live stream to room Auditorium in Vaasa.

10.00—11.00 Review and discussion on audit results

During the morning session, the Chair of the audit team Jacques Lanarès, will present the audit results and provide suggestions on how Hanken could develop and improve its quality management operations.

In addition, the FINEEC Senior Advisor Mirella Nordblad will present Hanken with the audit certificate.

12.30—14.00 Open seminar: Using the Hanken Assurance of Learning (AoL) process in quality management of education

During the afternoon seminar, Hanken will share experiences of planning and applying the Assurance of Learning framework and process on the quality management in education. Hanken will also present how the system creates processes that benefit both graduates, students, teachers, external stakeholders and the organisation as a whole.

The afternoon session will be open to Hanken faculty, staff and students as well as quality managers and persons in Finnish higher education institutions working with quality aspects in education.
