My PhD focuses on the impacts of emerging technologies on consumer behavior and how businesses can leverage these technologies, specifically AI, to enhance the customer experience. I explore the intersection between consumer psychology and interactions with emerging technologies.
As a researcher, I am eager to contribute to our understanding of how businesses can optimize customer experiences through the strategic integration of the digital world. I am experienced in quantitative research methods and acquainted with programming and working with various analytical and database architecture tools.
