Apply for your Degree Certificate 21 May 2015
The last graduation ceremony for this academic year will be held 17 June 2015. Thus, the last day to apply for your Degree Certificate is Thursday 21 May 2015. After that the next possible graduation day is 25 September 2015.
Those of you who are applying for a Master’s Degree Certificate can submit your application to the ServicePoint in Helsinki (open Mon 10am-3pm and Tue-Fri 10am-1pm) or to the Office of Study Affairs in Vaasa (open Mon-Fri 9am-2pm). You can also send via e-mail your filled in, completed and signed application as a scanned attachment to our study counsellors – but remember to also get confirmations from the library and from the staff in charge of the keys to Hanken’s doors that you have returned everything that belongs to Hanken and its library (more information: see the application form). These confirmations can be forwarded to our study counsellors if you submit your application via e-mail.
The Solemn Conferment of Master’s Degrees is held 20 November 2015. All graduates receive an invitation to the event.
Du ansöker om kandidatbetyg genom att komma på studievägledning under mottagningstid. Två betygsutdelningar går ännu av stapeln den här våren 22.5 (ansökan inlämnad senast 30.4) och 17.6 (21.5).
Notera att ifall du får ditt kandidatbetyg senast under din 7 närvarande termin får du gratis delta i Kandidatfesten, som arrangeras årligen i januari. Alla kandidater av årgång 2015, som inte ännu blivit magistrar, är välkomna på festen. Magistrarna deltar i Ekonombrevsutdelningen den 20.11 och sista dagen att lämna in sin avhandling är den 6.5 för att få betyget den 17.6.
