Welcome to the afternoon seminar with Fulbright Hanken Distinguished Chair Professor Glynn Lunney. After the seminar there is time for mingling, while enjoying some refreshments. The seminar is held in English.

The one hour seminar is built on Professor Lunney's book Copywright, Compensation and Creativity: Music and Money in the U.S. Recording Industry, where he presents the first comprehensive empirical examination of the relationship between copyright, money, and creative output.

Professor Lunney holds a joint appointment as a University Distinguished Professor at the Texas A&M University School of Law and the Dwight D. Look College of Engineering.  He holds an engineering degree from Texas A&M, a law degree from Stanford, and a Ph.D. in economics from Tulane.  Professor Lunney teaches and writes primarily in the field of intellectual property, with a focus on the economic analysis of legal issues.  He is an internationally recognized scholar and has testified before Congress, federal agencies, and the European Commission on intellectual property issues.

More about Professor Lunney and his visit to Hanken can be read here.

Registration is required and can be done until 22.4 via the link at the top of the page.
