Welcome to an alumni seminar on career and family building. The seminar is held in English. 

Family Time Management and Roles

What kind of time management problems do families face in their everyday lives? What is the best way to solve such problems? How to divide family responsibilities equally? Could employers and society somehow help families to overcome challenges concerning family time management? These questions, among others, will be discussed in the panel formed by family research professor Anna Rotkirch from Väestöliitto, HR specialist Anne Lawson from KPMG and researcher Charlotta Niemistö from Hanken.
