We use self-service in the library. Remember to bring your library card!

Three years ago Hanken invested 250 000 euros in making the customer service in the library more efficient and creating more study places.

The idea is that you borrow and return the books yourself and we have more time for helping you with other questions.

In order to make the self-service work you should:

• Always bring your library card
• Take two minutes to connect your library card with your Hanken user name in Hanna Opens in new window (see video Opens in new window )

More study places were created by moving the books to the Bookcave and turning the space into a reading area available 24/7 with a key.
