Special arrangements for students during the royal visit
The main entrance at Arkadiankatu 22 will be closed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hanken students can enter the building with their electronic key through the side entrance at Runeberginkatu. Remember to bring your ID and student card so that you can prove your identity at the door. The student card can also be presented via the Frank app. The Runeberginkatu door is also used for exiting the building.
If you do not yet have an electronic key, you can pick one up at the reception at the main entrance by Wednesday 20 September 2023.
Do not leave your belongings unattended in Hanken's public areas, they will be removed due to security reasons.
It is not allowed to let guests (friends or relatives) into the building.
The reception and canteen are closed during the royal visit, but there is a pop up canteen for students and staff in auditorium 210 between 11-12.45.
The royal couple will take a tour of the building during their short visit, so there is a good chance to catch a glimpse of them.
Hanken Network Day Opens in new window is organised according to plan and all students are welcome to participate in the event that starts with a keynote in the Assembly Hall at 10.00. The fair will start in the Foyer at 11.00. Teaching will also be carried out as usual.
