Seminar on the FINEEC quality audit

During the morning session, the Chair of the audit team Jacques Lanarès, presented the audit results and provided suggestions on how Hanken could develop and improve its quality management operations.

The FINEEC Senior Advisor Mirella Nordblad presented Hanken with the audit certificate. The quality label is valid for six years.

The afternoon session was open to Hanken faculty, staff and students as well as quality managers and persons in Finnish higher education institutions working with quality aspects in education and are interested in accreditations.

During the afternoon seminar Hanken shared experiences of planning and applying the Assurance of Learning framework and process on the quality management in education. Also presented was how the system creates processes that benefit both graduates, students, teachers, external stakeholders and the organisation as a whole.
