New episodes of Hanken’s Career Podcast
The podcast has a new host, Tristan Westerholm, a Finance student at Hanken. According to him, the podcast is primarily intended for Hanken students and others considering applying to Hanken.
“The podcast is particularly interesting for young students who are wondering what their careers will look like. If you are having doubts about your choice of studies, the podcast may give you some insights into other possible paths.”
All the guests are Hanken alumni, however they come from a variety of different backgrounds.
“The guests include successful entrepreneurs, who perhaps focused more on networking than academics during their studies, and recent graduates from Hanken who only have a few years of working experience, as well as multitalented individuals, including a former Olympian,” says Westerholm.
The question that these alumni guest have found most difficult to answer is whether they regret anything in their lives.
“It seems that most of my guests have enjoyed life and followed their interests. For a student, it is great to hear their take on work and life,” says Westerholm.
The episodes are approximately 30 minutes in duration and there are episodes in both Swedish and English. In addition to the alumni interviews, a bonus episode which focuses on the Hanken International Talent Opens in new window initiative is also included, featuring Henna Konsti, Hanken’s Integration and Career Coordinator, and Angad Dev Roy, a student at Hanken.
