Investigation on organising supporting functions

In January Niclas Lindgren, Renesans Consulting, has conducted interviews with employees in key position in order to gather information about the existing operational model and thoughts and ideas of how the new model could look like. During February, Lindgren analyzed the interviews and held a workshop with the management group concerning the future operational model.

During March and April the development work will continue with management group workshop (15.3) and feedback meeting for the administrative staff in Helsinki (5.4 at 13-16). There will be a similar occasion for the administrative staff in Vaasa (12.4 at 9.30-12.00).

During April Lindgren will present several proposals to the management group, and feedback meetings for everybody will be held in May both in Helsinki and in Vaasa.
