Hans-Kristian Sjöholm has been appointed Professor of Practice at Hanken School of Economics

The Quantum data lab combines high technology with finance and invests in digitisation and utilisation of large amounts of data. Through various events, research and teaching, Quantum wants to be at the forefront of so-called data-driven decision-making and value creation. 

Hans-Kristian Sjöholm says that the appointment is a welcome addition to guest lecturing at the Value Investing course at Hanken and has clear synergies with his portfolio management responsibilities at Evli. 

“Data-driven decision making is of great interest to me, whether applied to business or portfolio management, and I am grateful Hanken offered this opportunity to me. I look forward to developing my understanding of big data and artificial intelligence, and to sharing my industry and portfolio management experience with the researchers and students at Hanken.”
