Hanken researchers won best paper award
PhD student Silvia Stroe and Professor Joakim Wincent, Entrepreneurship and Management, were awarded for an article they have co-authored.
Silvia Stroe and Joakim Wincent have been awarded the International Council of Small Business (ICSB) 2015 World Conference Doctoral Student Award for the best paper with a doctoral student as a main author for the paper "Role Overload, Development of Obsessive Passion, and Moderating Effects of Goals - A Note on Early Stage Founders at Pitching Events".
The award was announced during the 60th Annual ICSB World Conference held 6-9 June 2015 in Dubai, UAE.
The International Council of Small Business World Conference is the premier, international networking event where academics, scholars, and professionals from around the world share knowledge and expertise in the small business and entrepreneurship field.
