Hanken receives 120 000 euros from OP Financial Group

- As a large Finnish actor, promoting wide-ranging research and expertise both on the national and local level is important to us. We have been strengthening the everyday financial literacy of people in Finland for 120 years, and we support Finland’s top financial and economic expertise through universities, says Timo Ritakallio, OP Financial Group’s President and Group Chief Executive Officer.

- The donation from OP Financial Group is very meaningful, and we are truly thankful. Hanken’s foremost task is to build intellectual capital, and the success of Hanken contributes to the competitiveness of Finland, says Rector Karen Spens.

The fundraising campaign Count on Hanken runs until 30.6.2022 and has with these donations included so far raised approx. 6 million euros. The funds raised are used to strengthen Hanken's unique position as Finland's only independent business school. Read more and donate here. Opens in new window
