CERS participation in summer conferences

CERS was represented in the Academy of Marketing Science (AMS) Annual Conference in Montery, AMA SERVSIGS conference in Glasglow and Frontiers in Boston this summer.

The 25th of May PhD candidate Valeria Penttinen participated in the Academy of Marketing Science (AMS) annual conference this time in Montery. Presenting her findings from the “Hi, I’m Taking over this Account! Leveraging Social Media Takeover in Fostering Parasocial Interaction with Brands” paper. See the program here.
