Camilla and John Lindfors invest 500 000 euro in Hanken

- It is imperative to secure a strong university level education in business and economics in Swedish in Finland. Camilla and I have received a great education at Hanken and we want to make sure others get the same chance. The best way to ensure Finland’s future competitiveness is to invest in education, especially in an area that will have a direct impact on the economy over time”, says John Lindfors.

- It is wonderful that our alumni get involved in Hanken's future and in this way also invest in future generations' access to high-quality education. This is in many ways a very significant donation and we are deeply grateful, says rector Karen Spens.

The fundraising campaign Count on Hanken runs until 30.6.2022 and has with these donations included so far raised approx. 5.8 million euros. The funds raised are used to strengthen Hanken's unique position as Finland's only independent business school. Read more and donate here. Opens in new window
