The members are elected from within the groups. In group 2 other teaching and research staff have two seats and other staff (administration) have one seat on the Board. The external members of the Board are appointed by the University Collegiate Body.
The list of eligible voters and members is on display on the Hanken website and the official announcement board. The nomination of candidates goes on until 3rd October 2018.
Every member of a group can propose the same number of candidates as is to be elected from his or her group. Each nomination must include the nominated candidates' written consent. More than one person can nominate together one or two candidates. It is also possible to nominate yourself.
