Kristina Heinonen, Professor Hanken School of Economics

Kristina Heinonen

Kristina Heinonen is Professor of Service and Relationship Marketing at Hanken School of Economics and Professor at NHH Norwegian School of Economics. Her research explores innovation and customer experience, focusing on how consumers engage with companies. She led the development of the Finnish Innovation Index (FII) at Hanken’s research center CERS, providing key insights into firm innovativeness from a consumer perspective.

Timo Hulmi, CEO IKEA Finland

Timo Hulmi is the CEO of IKEA Finland and a board member at Kaupan liitto (Finnish commerce federation). Timo also leads IKEA Finland’s Sustainability agenda as Chief Sustainability Officer. Prior to this position he has earlier held management positions in IKEA also in Belgium and France, before joining IKEA Finland as the country CEO.

Toni Stigzelius, CEO Broman group (Motonet)

Toni Stigzelius, is a Hanken alumn and CEO of Broman Group, which consists of B2C retail chain Motonet, a B2B wholesale chain in automotive spare parts AD Varaosamaailma, AD Finland and Broman Logistics. Motonet is established also in Estonia and expanding in Sweden.  Toni has had a long career in the sports industry where he managed the expansion of XXL sports and outdoor business, and led the Nordic sales organization at Stadium.
