Sustainable Game Meat Markets

Sustainable Game Meat Markets
This project examines how hunting clubs and parties function as sellers of game meat, identifying obstacles to meat sales and exploring how game meat is priced. Another aim is to investigate the key drivers of sales and how clubs and groups wish to develop their activities.

Additionally, the project explores attitudes toward different ungulate species, including questions like what would be the optimal stock size for hunting operations. The study uses survey responses from hunters as the primary data source.
