I am a doctoral student at the department of Management and Organisation. My research is focused on changes in the nature of work and organisations, from different perspectives. Currently I am studying why nurses decide to leave the occupation, and organizational changes within the health care sector that seemingly do not lead to change. I am interested in power, inequalities, gender, sensemaking and discourse studies. My research is guided by a hope for increased wellbeing in workplaces and organisations.
I have experience with teaching in both the university and university of applied sciences. I have also worked with different research projects outside my own field and have extensive working experience in the health care sector as a registered nurse.
