I am a post-doctoral researcher associated to the Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management at Hanken. My research focuses on the area of corporate branding on business-to-business markets, and my work has appeared in the Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, and the Journal of Product & Brand Management.
My PhD thesis explored the diversity of stakeholders’ perceptions of companies in a B2B service context, and problematized the assumptions of coherence and consistency as underlying principles in corporate branding. The thesis touches upon how diversity emerges in companies’ identities and brands from both employee and customer perspectives, and discusses its implications for branding theory and practice.
Besides my research work, I enjoy teaching and have experience in lecturing on the topics of branding strategy, identity, business sales and research skills, and have worked as a thesis supervisor at both the MSc and BSc level.
My key fields of research include: Business-to-business marketing, Corporate branding, Corporate identity, Organizational identity, Brand co-creation and Brand extensions.
