Management and Entrepreneurship
Management and Entrepreneurship in the Bachelor in Business (BiB) programme combines the capabilities, competences, and areas of interest in two Hanken major subjects.
The subject Management and Organisation covers a variety of issues within people management and Human Resource Management (HRM), strategy and strategic management, international business, responsibility, sustainability, business ethics as well as new technologies and artificial intelligence.
The subject Entrepreneurship, Management and Organisation focuses on universal organization-based opportunities and challenges presented by the need to maintain an entrepreneurial stance in the context of continual and rapid change, and extends to topics such as creativity, innovation, financing, and venture capital as well as sustainability and circular economy.
Both subjects offer students up-to-date research-based and practically applicable knowledge about managing complex businesses, organisations, and transformations in the global economy.
