Speakers
Mona Riabacke, Ph.D. in Risk and Decision Analysis, professional speaker
Mona Riabacke, Ph.D. in Risk and Decision Analysis, is a professional speaker, researcher and advisor on decision making. She is also the author of the book Freestyle Decision Making (Päätöksen teko) and host of the podcast Beslutspodden (in Swedish).
The fast development during the last couple of years has changed the business environment for companies and organizations. The increased complexity and uncertainty in the world put higher demands on modern leaders and co-workers. We often have to act faster, make decisions even when we feel unsure and, not least, take a greater personal responsibility for our work – self leadership has become more important than ever.
Mona provides insights and trigger thoughts, creates "aha moments" about what drives us, and on how to improve our own leadership during times of change. How can we better communicate, manage change and cooperate? How do we find new paths and ways to work when the old ones have become outdated?
