Nordisk Renting - what we do:
• We provide structured and efficient funding solutions for strategic property and infrastructure assets
• Customers include Nordic corporates, Nordic subsidiaries of UK and Western European corporates as well as public sector entities in the Nordics
• Assets are based in the Nordics (Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark), across sectors including logistics/warehouse, retail, office, light industrial and infrastructure (eg. airside assets, depots, sub-stations, district heating)
• We enable customers to release capital for their core business and growth while retaining operational control over strategic assets
• Nordisk Renting, 100% owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, has a 30 year track record and a team of 20 individuals based in Stockholm and Helsinki, with both finance and asset expertise
