Micaela Stierncreutz

I am a doctoral researcher in Management and Organization at Hanken School of Economics. My research is located in the intersecting field of organisation and gender studies. In my doctoral thesis, I explore equality work and how equality is acted upon in Nordic organisations, with particular regard to power relations and resistance.
