Hanken Researchers
Anna Aminoff
Associate Professor in Supply Chain Management and Social Responsibility.
Anna's research interests are focused on sustainable supply chains and circular economy, managing external resources and strategic sourcing, and data-based decision-making in procurement. Her work in these areas has led to numerous collaborations with research partners, companies, and public funding organizations, including Nordic Innovation, Business Finland, and the European Union.
Johanna Gummerus
Professor in Marketing
Johanna is a Professor in Marketing at Hanken School of Economics. Her research interests entail service innovation, improving consumer wellbeing in service systems, and the impact of technology on consumers. She is currently the director of CERS- Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management and works in the project NatuReach that explores how virtual nature experiences can be used to support consumer and employee wellbeing.
Helleke Heikkinen
Doctoral Researcher in Supply Chain Management and Social Responsibility
Helleke's research is looking at sustainability as a phenomenon, through the context of the urban last mile, where innovations, sustainability, and urban development meet in the limited spatial context that is a city. She is contributing to the the SCM & SR projects i-smile and LOGIN, looking at light electric freight vehicles, the sustainability of last mile innovations and business models, as well as the roles of cities and municipalities in impacting the development of the commercial side of city logisti
