Karin Berglund, professor of Business, Stockholm Business School
Karin Berglund is a professor of Business, specializing in entrepreneurship, at Stockholm Business School, Stockholm University, Sweden and a visiting professor of entrepreneurship at Linnaeus University. She takes a particular interest in the expansion of conventional entrepreneurship into new contexts and in the emergence of alternative forms of entrepreneurship and innovation. Her overarching research interest lies in studying entrepreneurship and innovation from a sociological perspective, as part of an enterprise culture, and in contributing to critical management, organization, gender and entrepreneurship studies. In her research she has acknowledged the paradox of entrepreneurship and innovation to keep us trapped in old patterns, or to make us increasingly ‘remote-controlled’, instead of facilitating for humans in contemporary society to break patterns and develop innovative solutions. In her view, efforts are needed to help us understand how to give innovation and entrepreneurship new meanings and facilitate all that which has been associated with entrepreneurship and innovation.
Karin Berglund has recently published an edited book on how entrepreneurship education can be revitalized in higher education and also edited a book on societal entrepreneurship. Her research has been published in Action Research, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, Ephemera, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Venturing, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, Journal of Enterprising Communities, Journal of Social Entrepreneurship, M@n@gement, Organization, Scandinavian Journal of Management and Tamara Journal of Critical Organization.

Antti Nousjoki, Architect, Partner at ALA (architects of Oodi)
Architect SAFA Antti Nousjoki is one of the  founding partners of ALA Architects, the Helsinki-based firm that has designed the new Helsinki Central Library Oodi. ALA has been one of the frontrunners of a new generation of Nordic architecture practices and has completed several major public projects, including Kilden Performing Arts Centre in Kristiansand, Norway and the Kuopio and Lappeenranta City Theatres here in Finland. Antti was the partner in charge of the Kuopio and Oodi projects and currently leads ALA’s hotel project in Tampere and the recently launched project for a new learning center for the Lumière University in Lyon. Prior to ALA, Antti worked at such offices as OMA in Rotterdam. Antti enjoys writing and is a regular contributor to both ARK The Finnish Architectural Review and the Swedish architecture and design magazine Form. In spring 2015 he was a visiting professor at Columbia University and at Washington University in St. Louis’ Helsinki International Semester together with the other ALA partners.

Katja Toropainen, Founder of Inklusiiv, ex-Chief Curator at Slush
Katja Toropainen is the founder of an inclusion movement and nonprofit organization Inklusiiv that advances diversity and inclusion in the worklife. For the past two years, Katja was in the leadership team of a startup and technology event Slush. She was in charge of content, program and speakers, following closely the global technology industry and spending a lot of time in Silicon Valley. She was recognized as one of the 100 most impactful and influential figures in the Nordic startup and technology scene in 2018.
