My academic journey follows a 15-year career in banking, e-commerce, and fintech, where I held leading management positions at MobilePay and Klarna. This diverse industry experience has fueled my passion for understanding how AI technologies shape corporate responsibility and customer perceptions.
I am currently diving into qualitative research methods such as discourse analysis and case studies to explore AI-aided customer service in the European fintech landscape. My broader research interests include critical management studies, corporate social responsibility (CSR), business ethics, and AI ethics.
