Daniel Jongsma

Daniël Jongsma is a postdoctoral researcher. He received his PhD from Hanken in 2020. His doctoral research concerned the impact of fundamental rights on European copyright law. His main research interests include the process of harmonisation of intellectual property law in the European Union, the interface between intellectual property law and fundamental rights, and more generally the impact of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union on the national laws of the Member States.
