Olga Neselevska is a PhD candidate at Hanken and the Helsinki Graduate School of Economics. Olga is an empirical economist specialized in exploring empirical methods for causal estimation. Her research interests and ongoing work are related to public procurement, and her current empirical work is based on Ukrainian data.
Olga’s current projects are on efficiency, management quality, and favoritism of year-end procurements, competitive bidding, competition, and collusion. She investigates the procurement mechanisms that allow improving procurement efficiency and economic results.
