Niklas Bruun Opens in new window , Chair
Professor Emeritus, Commercial Law, Hanken School of Economics
Niklas Bruun is a professor in commercial law at Hanken with focus on intellectual property law, and serves as director for the IPR University Center.
Professor Bruun has extensive experience in international law, labour law and equality issues both in Finland and international forums.

Suvi Heikkinen received her doctoral degree in management and leadership in 2015. She is currently researching topics related to equality issues in working life and working as a postdoctoral researcher in a research project, Social and Economic Sustainability of Future Working Life (WeAll), funded by the Strategic Research Council, Academy of Finland.
Suvi's areas of interest are: Work-Family integration, Careers, Ethics in Management and Leadership, Diverse work force, Innovativeness, Responsible Business and Management, and Human Resource Management (HRM)

Associate Professor, Industrial Economics and Management, KTH Royal Institute of Technology
Charlotte Holgersson holds a position as Associate Professor in the division of Organisation and Management at the Department of Industrial Economics and Management, KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
Her research is located at the intersection of organization and management studies and gender studies. She is interested in the empirical and theoretical exploration of gender ordering in organizations, in particular issues of management, change and sexuality.

Anna Maija Lämsä is a professor of Human Resource Management (HRM ), as well as Management and Leadership. Her research interests are diversity in work life; corporate social responsibility, management and leadership development; business education.

Associate Professor, Marketing and Supply Chain Management, Hanken School of Economics
Currently an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Hanken, Pia Polsa has previously worked for Fudan University, Nankai University and Hult International Business School in Shanghai.
Her current research interests are poverty, service and relationship marketing at non-profit settings like health care in developing countries, international marketing channels, and cross-cultural methodology. Additionally, her research includes grocery retailing and consumer behaviour in China and sustainable poverty alleviating business models in India.
She has published in journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Macromarketing, Journal of Services Marketing, Supply Chain Management, among others.
Her work has also appeared in practitioner-oriented journals like Talouselämä.

Janne Tienari Opens in new window
Professor, Management and Organisation, Hanken School of Economics
Janne Tienari's research and teaching interests include gender and diversity, strategy work, managing multinational corporations, mergers and acquisitions, and branding and media.
His latest passion is to understand management, new generations, and the future.
Tienari’s work has been published in leading organization and management studies journals such as Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Organization Studies, Organization, Human Relations, and Journal of Management Studies.

Professor Gender, Organisation and Management, KTH Royal Institute of Technology
Anna Wahl holds a Chair, Professor Gender, Organization and Management, at the Department of Industrial Economics and Management, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). Her research areas are Organization and management theory, with focus on gender and feminist theory. She was a pioneer in the field of gender research on management in Sweden with the doctoral thesis Gender structures in organizations (Könsstrukturer i organisationer) 1992, Stockholm School of Economics.
