Support the integration programme Business Lead 2018

Hanken & SSE Executive Education is seeking company partners in Finland for the integration programme Business Lead 2018 for educated immigrants and asylum seekers.

Business Lead 2018, offers a fast-track into Finnish work life for unemployed educated immigrants and asylum seekers. Companies can support the programme by offering a 2-month internship or by financially contributing to the programme. Business Lead 2018 is delivered as part of the pioneering Integration Social Impact Bond (SIB) project.

The programme includes live- and online learning, mentoring and a 2-month internship at a company in Finland. In 2018 the programme will be offered in two rounds, the first starting in May and the second in September. As a result of the previous two programmes during 2016 and 2017, nearly 40 % of the participants either found a place to work or study immediately after completing the programme.

“We have been very successful with the integration program so far, even on a global scale”, says Marc Hinnenberg, CEO of Hanken & SSE Executive Education.

“The program is not only a success in terms of integration, but also an important statement of the core values of Hanken and all the businesses taking part in the program”, says Karen Spens, Rector of Hanken School of Economics.
